One Saturday each month we use our building as a distribution point for the Crossroads Urban Center Food Co-op. Whether you are struggling to meet your basic food needs or are just looking for a way to share in community, you can be part of this exchange: giving and receiving.

Mike Wiist began working with us in 2007 after mission work in Ireland and Fiji. He worked with the Sunset International Bible Institute Adventures in Missions program for five years.
This is a 30 bed, residential detoxification center for homeless women and children. The program seeks to provide women with the skills necessary to be successful in treatment and to begin the process of moving out of homelessness.
We have chosen this facility in Murray as our service ministry. We help provide supplies and prepare encouragement baskets for each resident. We sing hymns with them on two Sunday afternoons each month, and conduct a Tuesday evening Bible study in the facility.
Beginning in May, 2009, seven college-age students will spend 18 months working full time with the congregation in our ministries.
In addition to the above ministries, we believe that it is important to be good neighbors and to be generous with our building. As such, our building is used during the week by these groups:
